【摘要】:Thistechnicalreportoutlinesprincipleswhichareintendedtobeusedasthebasisfordeterminingtherequirementsforconnectinglargedistortingloads(producingharmonicsand/orinterharmonics)topublicpowersystems.Theprimaryobjectiveistoprovideguidanceforengineeringpracticeswhichwillensureadequateservicequalityforallconnectedconsumers.Sincetheguidelinesoutlinedinthisreportarenecessarilybasedoncertainsimplifyingassumptions,thereisnoguaranteethatthisapproachwillalwaysprovidetheoptimumsolutionforallharmonicproblems.Therecommendedapproachshouldbeusedwithflexibilityandjudgmentasfarasengineeringisconcerned,whenapplyingthegivenassessmentproceduresinfullorinpart.Thefinaldecisionregardingtheconnectionofdistortinginstallationswillalwaysrestwiththeutility.Problemsrelatedtoharmonicsfallintotwobasiccategories:-Theharmoniccurrentsareinjectedintothesupplynetworkbyconvertersandotherharmonicsources.Bothharmoniccurrentsandresultingvoltagescanbeconsideredasconductedphenomena.Theobjectiveofthisreportistolimitactualharmonicvoltagesonsupplysystemstolevels(compatibilitylevels)thatwillnotresultinadverseeffectsonsensitiveequipment.Sincetheharmonicvoltagesresultfromharmoniccurrentsandimpedances,thisinvolveslimitingtheharmoniccurrentsinjectedintothesystem.-Theharmoniccurrentsintherange50Hzto5kHzmayinduceinterferenceintocommunicationsystems.Thisphenomenonismorepronouncedathigherorderharmonicfrequenciesbecauseofincreasedcouplingbetweenthecircuitsandbecauseofthehighersensitivityofthecommunicationcircuitsintheaudiblerange.Thisreportprimarilyfocusesoncontrollingorlimitingharmonicvoltagesandtheireffects,butaclauseisincludedtoaddresscommunicationinterference.NOTES1Theloadistobeunderstoodasthecompleteconsumer'sinstallation.2Thisreportusesthefollowingtermsforsystemvoltage:-lowvoltage(LV)referstoUn<1kV;-mediumvoltage(MV)refersto1kV【中国标准分类号】:L06
