【摘要】:TheaimofISO12130istoachievedesignsofplainbearingsthatarereliableinoperationbytheapplicationofacalculationmethodforoil-lubricatedhydrodynamicplainbearingswithcompleteseparationofthethrustcollarandplainbearingsurfacesbyafilmoflubricant.ThispartofISO12130appliestoplainthrustbearingswithtilting-typeslidingblocks(tiltingpads),whereawedge-shapedlubricationclearancegapisautomaticallyformedduringoperation.TheratioofwidthtolengthofonepadcanbevariedintherangeB/L=0,5to2.ThecalculationmethoddescribedinthispartofISO12130canbeusedforothergapshapes,e.g.paraboliclubricationclearancegaps,aswellasforothertypesofslidingblocks,e.g.circularslidingblocks,whenforthesetypesthenumericalsolutionsofReynolds'differentialequationarepresent.ISO12130-2givesonlythecharacteristicvaluesfortheplanewedge-shapedgap;thevaluesarethereforenotapplicabletotiltingpadswithaxialsupport.Thecalculationmethodservesfordesigningandoptimizingplainthrustbearingse.g.forfans,gearunits,pumps,turbines,electricmachines,compressorsandmachinetools.Itislimitedtosteady-stateconditions,i.e.loadandangularspeedofallrotatingpartsareconstantundercontinuousoperatingconditions.ThispartofISO12130isnotapplicabletoheavilyloadedtiltingpadthrustbearings.
