【摘要】:ThisstandardgivesthenecessaryinformationtoexplaintherequirementsreferencedinENISO15607:2003aboutthequalificationofweldingproceduresbasedontestedconsumables.Inaddition,itgivestherangeofqualification.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoarcandgasweldinginaccordancewithTable1.Otherfusionweldingprocessesmaybeacceptedifspecified.Thisstandardislimitedtoapplicationtoparentmetalswhichproduceacceptablemicrostructuresandpropertiesintheheataffectedzonewhichdonotdeterioratesignificantlyinservice.Thisstandardisnotapplicablewhererequirementsforhardnessorimpactproperties,preheating,controlledheatinput,interpasstemperatureandpost-weldheat-treatmentarespecifiedfortheweldedjoint.Theuseofthisstandardmayalsoberestrictedbyanapplicationstandardoraspecification.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC71constitutesanapplicationguideanddealswiththeselectionofinsulationlevelsofequipmentorinstallationsforthree-phaseelectricalsystems.ItsaimistogiveguidanceforthedeterminationoftheratedwithstandvoltagesforrangesⅠandⅡofIEC71-1andtojustifytheassociationoftheseratedvalueswiththestandardizedhighestvoltagesforequipment.Thisassociationisforinsulationco-ordinationpurposesonly.Therequirementsforhumansafetyarenotcoveredbythisapplicationguide.Itcoversthree-phasesystemswithnominalvoltagesabove1kV.Thevaluesderivedorproposedhereinaregenerallyapplicableonlytosuchsystems.However,theconceptspresentedarealsovalidfortwo-phaseorsingle-phasesystems.Itcoversphase-to-earth,phase-to-phaseandlongitudinalinsulation.Thisapplicationguideisnotintendedtodealwithroutinetests.Thesearetobespecifiedbytherelevantproductcommittees.Thecontentofthisguidestrictlyfollowstheflowchartoftheinsulationco-ordinationprocesspresentedinfigure1ofIEC71-1.Clauses2to5correspondtothesquaresinthisflowchartandgivedetailedinformationontheconceptsgoverningtheinsulationco-ordinationprocesswhichleadstotheestablishmentoftherequiredwithstandlevels.Theguideemphasizesthenecessityofconsidering,attheverybeginning,allorigins,allclassesandalltypesofvoltagestressesinserviceirrespectiveoftherangeofhighestvoltageforequipment.Onlyattheendoftheprocess,whentheselectionofthestandardwithstandvoltagestakesplace,doestheprincipleofcoveringaparticularservicevoltagestressbyastandardwithstandvoltageapply.Also,atthisfinalstep,theguidereferstothecorrelationmadeinIEC71-1betweenthestandardinsulationlevelsandthehighestvoltageforequipment.Theannexescontainexamplesanddetailedinformationwhichexplainorsupporttheconceptsdescribedinthemaintext,andthebasicanalyticaltechniquesused.
