【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversbarebunch-strandedconductorsmadefromroundcopperwires,eitheruncoatedorcoatedwithtin,lead,orlead-alloyforuseaselectricalconductors(ExplanatoryNote1andExplanatoryNote2).1.2Coatedwiresshallincludeonlythosewireswithfinisheddiametersanddensitiessubstantiallyequaltotherespectivediametersanddensitiesofuncoatedwires.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesformthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbyAWGorkcmil,therequirementsinSIunitshavebeennumericallyconvertedfromcorrespondingvalues,statedorderived,ininch-poundunits.ForconductorsizesdesignatedbySIunitsonly,therequirementsarestatedorderivedinSIunits.
